Tell a story of when there was a bad situation or event and you turned it into a positive thing!

When life gives you lemons, Make lemonade!

    I'll start,
    (ford ranger days)
I was doing some mild offroading, when i high-centered on a rather steep hill, after getting unstuck i was turning around and, POP! my BFG all-terrains had a 3 inch hole in the side wall! A damn rock snagged it! So all mad and what not i threw on the spare and drove directly to 4-wheel parts to order a new tire, so i told him my story and he seemed to have some sympathy and understood... so i gave him a credit card and he printed out the receipt and handed it to me and i walked out, sat in my truck and looked over the receipt (like i always do) and there i saw it, he gave me 25% off the tire AND FREE leveling spacers for the front!! i walked back in and said thank you and he said "well when you said you got high centered i automatically thought you needed more clearance, and well hey, we have a hookup and you can just have a pair"

My day was instantly better, Thank GOD for torn sidewalls! ;)
