    K&N cold air kit, Kenwood double din with dvd player, navigation, rear cam. hook up with One JL 12" sub powered by a 800 watt pioneer amp, Sirius/XM satellite radio, TRD Neoprene Seat covers, Tinted windows all around, Trifecta Tonneau Cover, Billies at 1.75 and a 1.5 block in the back
    I am going to be maching some 1.25 -1.5 lift blocks for my truck and was wondering if anyone could help me with an idea. to prevent any driving vibrations can i machine the top or bottom of the block on an angle to act as axle shims???? :confused:

    yep my 3.5" blocks has a taper on the bottom side.

    thanks for the help on this post as well as my other one guys lol shoulda put them together. Which way would the taper go on the bottom of the block? small end facing front of truck would by my guess........? since its a 1.5 block ill try 3 degrees? maybe

    right right. so are the axle shims are usually placed on the top of the block? do you know what direction there supposed to go ? i did some searching and didnt get anywhere
