This is my 2001 Toyota Tacoma, I just got the truck a while back stock and I've been doing whatever
I can to it as you can see I've blacked it all out. I really want to lift it! It's a 4 cylinder 5 lug... I'm wondering
how I can go about lifting it, what lift kitsare available for me since I want to lift it at least 2.5 inches, I would
greatly appreciate any help since I don't know too much about lifting!? :confused:photo-8_1a237b99f04614471350b8e2c698873022b5ef52.jpg

Thanks man! likewise, you have sweet truck, your truck is very custom and it looks really good man, it paid off. The grill is actually a a billet grille, I bought the trd grill emblem to go on it off ebay which I think makes it stand out more... thanks for the comment on the truck

With wheels and tires about $1000. However I need to spend another $400 now on abs sensors in the front because my old ones wouldn't come out of the old spindles. I also needed wheel spacers to bring the rear out to what the front is. I could use some fender flares too. So I guess the cost is kinda endless :)

Damn lifting your truck is no joke man... all I have are the daystar 1.5 spacers that my gf suprised me with... so pretty much the 4 cylinder doesn't have as many options as the 6 cylinder tacomas... for now im gonna install the spacers and some shackles in the rear.... I'm saving up my money for the big lift and tires, but i might as well have something since im anxious and cant wait to lift it

^ they make spacers for the 5 lugs ? I assume the shackles are the same but the 5 lugs are leafs under axle, you guys should fab up some kind of flip kit to put the leaf pack up top of the axle and you would prob get a decent amount of lift...maybe? Ever been done before?
