How did things work out with your ARE MX? Did you get it fixed?

Also, how even is the gap between the rear glass door and door frame? Same all around on both sides or a little wider at the bottom?

    comming soon!
OP, I have seen this on several of the CX series caps, doesn't seem to matter the type either. My last CX on the 2000 Taco was the same deal. I feel for you, for just over a dime in price, American made (here in Ohio) you would expect a bit more of a quality finished product right?
I'm going to look at a Leer for my 2010 Taco this year, maybe they will be a better at the same price point.

My MX has the same rough cut, but I didn't notice that much of a gap. Overall I really like it but it's got some issues, my windows leak but I didn't notice any water coming in from the back.

I've heard that my cap that fit my 1999 is not going to fit my 2011, but I just may make it fit with a little fiberglass work. I'll find out when I take delivery.

But one thing. where do I find and order those clamps that fit into the sliding bed racks?

It will not fit. The 2011 has a wider bed.

One thing I really liked about the ARE MX on my '98 Tacoma was the 'Vista cruiser' top window, like a mini skylight.

Is that still Vista Cruiser skylight still a feature of the MX or do they not cut that out and the glass just for looks?

Unfortunately, Snugtop doesn't seem to come that far east. The nearest dealer to me is in Missouri.
