:Dso yea i read the thread about the noise coming from the floor board of the passenger ac fan and removed the ac filter and yes there was leaves , sticks dust. etc. so i blew it off and cleaned it with water now it works like a charm no noise what so ever now i can hear my self think when im driving to work at 6 am haha :D highly recommend cleaning your air filter and its easy just pop open the glove box, squyeeze in the sides of it and remove the hydrollic lift hinge and pull down the clips and it just slides out !!!

i get a clicking/ crackling noise on the passenger floor board all the time regardless of fan being on/off could that still be a filter issue?
