    Agreed. Wheel bearing or one or more balljoints. Get under the truck while someone else does the pushing or bouncing on the truck to see you can pinpoint the location of the noise. I had a bad squeek on the lower ball joint. Just popped it out, greased it up and it was fine. If yours is the ball joint I would imagine that it is broken.
    Lift the front tire off the ground and see if you have play side to side with the wheel. If you do its the wheel bearing. Spin the tire, if it sounds like sand its the wheel bearing.
