How does everyone approach the dealer on upgrading the leaf springs? I want to make an appointment to do this. But was unsure if they would cover this under 'warrenty' if I ask for it over the phone. Are they typically sticklers on this?

Use the words "Harsh ride when loaded". They're going to see if you need the TSB or not, is the truck bottoming out when you load it? If so, you can show them where the bump stops are hitting the frame, there should be rub marks. Don't mention the TSB specifically unless they play dumb. That's just my $0.02.

Well I have not had an issue yet. I wanted to be proactive before I start bottoming out. I also want to get the brake controller installed along with an upgraded sway bar. I was thinking it would be better to get all of this done before I start tow. BTW looking at buying a landscape trailer with a bucket and a backhoe. That + the trailor would be close to 5,500lbs

Some guys have had better luck with their newer trucks and not needed the TSB. The TSB is to correct a problem, if you aren't having the problem, they're not going to fix it for you (or at least you'd have an uphill battle on your hands). Your sig says you've got a 2010 so you've got plenty of warranty left. I know it'd be easier to get everything done at once, but you may need to wait until you're having an issue before the dealership jumps in to fix it. Who knows, maybe you'll hook up to the trailer and it'll handle it just fine.
