    on downsouth i can only find 5125s...are those better than 5100s

    future reference: 5125s have a longer stroke than 5100s and they're not adjustable

    im kind of flying blind into this one..dont know much...but if i get 5125s
    • how long should they be for a 3 in lift
    • pros and cons
    or should i just get the 5100s

    i'd just go ahead with the 5100's. i thought the 5125's were only for the rears??? hmm.........learn something new everyday.

    I don't know if the 5125s will fit, but they're not adjustable like the 5100s. TJ wants to get rid of his spacers, so he'll need the 5100s set at 2.5ish to maintain his lift.

    the 5125s arent necessarily LONGER...but have more travel

    they all come in various lengths

    no...from what i understand...you can purchase 5100s 5125s and 5150s all in a stock size or longer than stock size...but the 5125s will extend further than the 5100s and the 5150s will extend further than the 5125s

    make sense?

    thats cool.........thats what i was thinking. go with the 5100's for the front.......then later on, you can get the 5125's for the rear if you want them.

    correct though that tj needs to buy the adjustable 5100s for the front...and then any of them for the rear

    any will be fine more than likely....but probably all you need for the rears are the 5125's.
