    You are absolutely correct, there are. But it really aggrivates me how little disipline there is in the AF and the Navy in comparison. I have been in the Army for 12 yrs....

    I wouldn't say less discipline, I'd say different...

    Though it drives me absolutely nuts that we have all these soldiers totally disregarding uniform standards out here. Yup, not the airmen or sailors. Specifically, wearing the ACU combat shirt as an outer garmet is prohibited on base, but everywhere you look are folks strutting around in it.

    You are absolutely correct. The uniform standards usually drop a bit while in a combat zone. There are more important things to worry about other than uniform standards. However, that doesn't mean it is right. If you are in Kuwait, it may be because Soldiers are on convoys and that is all we wear under our IBAs. This is actually proper wear. Once they come back off of a mission or they are in b/w missions this may be all they have with them.
