What, exactly, is the difference between Elite & Relentless front plate bumpers & rear plate bumpers? Is it just personal preference? Price? Quality? Weight? Fitment? Options?

Bought a relentless rear bumper... I've only seen pics of it though. I am deployed and my wife is supposed to get that beast powdercoated this week.

Okay instead of me being a douche and watching this thread blow up from people taking sides I'll just tell you what I know:

Both Tim and Eric worked together on bumpers but eventually had a falling out. Due to the fact they worked together they have a very similar style. You'll find that Relentless has a few more customers on this site because he really got his bumpers sellig quick, esspecially since he had easy access to a 2nd gen. Timicha: Elite, has a first gen so is more known at this point for his 1st gen products.

Both quality products and similar styles, the differences are subtle but are there. Just check them both out and see what you like more.

Hope I got my facts straight. Feel free to correct me.

Yeah, I knew this topic would spark some jabbing but had to ask. I knew Tim & Eric worked together in the past, so I figured both are pretty much the same. I'm sure anyone would be happy with either 1 of these.

Kinda like how Slater, Jessie, and Kelly branched off of Friendship Bracelets and started selling Buddy Bands because they didn't like the way Zack was dictating the business. (Lisa and Screech eventually joined the Buddy Band crew, and Zack was all alone.)

Will Relentless and Elite make amends like the crew did with Love Cuffs? I guess we'll have to wait and find out.

Any feedback from anyone who's purchased & installed either of these on a 1st gen?

Wow, that sums it up perfectly. I also find it so much easier to explain things using Saved by the Bell examples. haha

Are there any similar looking bumpers out there for a lot less money? We don't want to spend too much but a nice plate bumper would be great. We're probably going to build it but if we find a similar priced one, then whatever.
