I'm saving 600+ by not going through woodys so I figured why not give the truck something special? I'm trying to get the most level
    ride with the most flexability

That one leaf spring that comes with the ome lift kit would do well you think?

It will level you fine but it won't give you any more flex...

Are the front shocks any harder to install than the 5100s?

And we're talking 2nd gen install right?

Why not use all pro leafs?? They have better specs than the dakars. But some people may not want 4" of rear lift

Gotcha, I've installed a few sets of 5100's so I told Derek I'd help him with the OME install.

Blake-im not sure the exact specs on the all pro leafs all I know is that they are comperable to them in weight carrying provide a tad more lift and good flex. The only thing I know for sure is a plus with all pro is the added lift. Im sure flex is close to eachother

I know that everyone hates hearing this but the allpro expo leafs are doing pretty darn good so far. I always have extra weight in my bed (motorcycles, or atv) Not 7 days a week but i would say 3 days a week, and i still had good flexibility. Which i was really curious about yesterday and was pleasantly surprised

If you can get a whole kit, i would agree that would probably be best. Im pretty lucky everything of mine goes together pretty nicely.

    I work for beer.

BTW depending on where you order from, they MIGHT be able to preassemble the coils on the shocks for you. That will save us about 30 minutes, and eliminate the most dangerous part of the install.....

I'll be about broke if I buy it with the Dakar leafs now.. Just applied to Sams Club, they are still hiring so I pray for the best on that. Denied from willowbrook :(

Ouch man sorry to hear that.

    5100's are only $182 from DSM.....just saying...

Yeah I've done the spring compressor thing a half-dozen times now and luckily i still have all my fingers. I have no problem doing it, but if Derek can get them pre-assmebled, he should...
