How many miles do you think the Guard Dog will last compared to the Warden?

I think I'm gonna get a set of thread wrights but can't decide between the two.

For my driving habits the Warden makes more sense but since there pretty much the same price the guard dogs will look bad ass.

Really starting to consider these. I will need tires soon, but I'm also about to have to move cities so saving some money on tires would be awesome. No problems with these at highway speed? 80mph?

I don't have a lot miles on mine but I drive in the 70's every day. No problems and I don't expect any. I like to think that we have had technological strides in the automotive industry that we shouldn't have to second guess buying re-treads.

When I called treadwright.com I asked to get bfg casings so they look exactly like the originals. When it came to mounting them I didn't say anything about being re-treads and they didn't notice. The weird thing though is the person who mounted them said it took more weight to balance them than usual.

These seem like a good deal. I just looked and the Warden AT 285/70/17 is backordered 2-3 weeks. Not sure if I want to wait. Might just pull the trigger on Duratracs...
