I'm looking to switch from AT&T to Verizon very very soon and thought about getting the Droid X until someone told me about this Motorola Bionic that is coming out. While reading about it it's kind of like the HTC Thunderbolt but only with a way better battery and even shoots full 1080P HD video

It was suppose to come out at the end of April but they pushed it back... I'm really just waiting on this phone to come out so i can hurry up and switch!
Plus it's only $149.99 at launch compared to the $249.99 from HTC.

I wanted to wait for the Bionic, but seeing how Verizon is notorious for pushing back release dates infinitely, I jumped the gun on the Thunderbolt. But man-o-man that Bionic is smexy.

By the time it comes out, it will be old news. Kind of like the Tbolt. . . Tbolt comes out while other carriers have dual core/hdmi

Droid x2 is the same specs as the bionic was going to be.

Im waiting on the Bionic as well. But from what I've read, there have been some issues between Motorola and Verizon. I guess it was a 4g LTE compatibility issue. So apparently the Bionic has been scrapped, and what is going to takes it's place (and still be called the Bionic by Verizon) is the Motorola Targas. And yes it's supposed to have a large battery capacity to offset the 4g and the 1Ghz dual core processors. This needs to hurry and come out already.

I don't like the no face front camera on the Droid x2 is the only thing that is shying me away from getting it over some other phones.. If i'm going to pay the same why not get one?

Ya I'm ok with waiting though which is surprising. I'm still running the original droid that I bought when it first came out. I'm still happy with it. Would love the faster speed of the dual core processors and the 4g speed. But I'll wait. Plus I'm in medic school right now, so being in class not being able to have my phone with me kind of helps
