Should but don't for some reason. I bought it used, this one actually came with the cloth seats. Not that big of a deal to me I'm gonna end up rewrapping them shortly, probably with microfiber.

 

i would trade for the seats, but i have two problems. first, i dont have sr5 seats. second, i dont know where i'd put two more off-road seats lol, i have an access cab. if i had a dcab i'd tear out the back bench and put two more offroad seats back there, that'd be pimp shit

You're truck is kind of confusing. You dont have the cloth TRD seats in a TRD truck? Also, your truck doenst have the hood scoop so i'm assuming its an off-road, but you also say you have the long bed and that is not an option for the off-road package. you can only get the offroad package with the short bed. Do you have the sport pkg and someone traded hoods before you bought it? your truck is an enigma

 

I don't know what to say. I don't know a whole lot about the options that came with these trucks. But I do have the original dealer equipment and pricing slip from the truck and it has the cloth SR5 seats, SR5 badging, Offroad TRD package, and the long bed. So are you telling me my truck is a one of a kind??

Exactly, you can get teh long bed in the off road if you have the access cab, but the double cab off road only has the short bed as an option. I dont know why his truck is different. unless it's a sport or an sr5 long bed with the off road decals. thats weird.

No, I do not have this. My interest is peaked now. If this isn't an actual off road I'm gonna be pissed and see what I can do about this and get some $ back off of this.

 

All you have to do is call Toyota Corp Customer Service (not your Dealer) and have them run your V.I.N. They will tell exactly what your truck or is not.

 

where in socal? i'm in ontario.

i would love to trade, but two things:

1 - wife. would have to run it by her first.
2 - i purchased the seat covers for the sr5 seats. if i traded for these seats, i would then have to purchase new covers at $160. if you know of how to work something out (maybe i sell the covers on ebay and you make up the difference between a new set of covers or something) then it should be a go.

I hate to tell you this but it sounds like you have an sr5 with off-road decals and wheels. if it is actually a TRD truck, you should have YELLOW bilstein shocks. You should also have the TRD seats. In the back of your bed near the tailgate you should have a power outlet that you can plug appliances into. There are a few other TRD options but these are the big ones. If you don't have these things i dont think you have a TRD truck. I would definately call Toyota Corporate and have them run your VIN number and its not a TRD, i would raise all kinds of hell!

 

Awsome...but, mine is a double cab...you have an access cab! I would have to find a back seat to match.

 

I was looking all of this up today at work and it looks like I only have the SR5 Package #8. I have sent a request into Toyota to see if they can run my VIN for me. I'm sure I can get a pretty good deal out of this considering I got this from one of the biggest dealerships in the area and I'm sure they wouldn't like some publicity showing sales under false pretenses. I don't think they would fight that for too long.

 

YELLOW shocks???!!?! mine are blue with some yellow writing, but i have the power outlet and the trd seats too..
