I thought I read somewhere about window seals being bad. May want to check into that as well.

Check into the driver's side window/door seal. I get a puddle in the same spot in my Jeep and its from a small gap between the hardtop and the door. It only happens when the rain/wind comes from a certain direction. I get snow sometimes too. Best thing to do until you can get it fixed is air it out if you can get it under cover.

i had a 97 model ext cab that did the same thing after it was about 10 years old. my problem was an old window seal on the front windshield which leaked bhind the dash to the floorboard.

Mine does it too, but I deal with it. Toyota wanted 200$ to do a leak test..
