So if any of you have been reading my previous posts about a tire/wheel upgrade.....I went ahead and made a purchase. I had a stock 4x4 BSP ACCESS cab. I went back and forth about what wheels, what size, what tires, what size etc etc, I ended up going with BFG 265/75/16 AT rubber with American Eagle AR-23 wheels. (pics to come) ...I must say that it was the perfect choice! My truck is a manual and I think stepping up to 265 from the 245 had made the truck actual shift smoother. Th BFG tires only came in that size in load range E. I can honestly say that the ride is not Any stiffer than the stock tires ( FYI for anyone thinking that the E load range is over kill...or is not a comfortable ride). They may be a little overkill with a 10 sidewall but I sure do feel confident on the trail now!

For anyone debating upgrading the stock wheels and tires....do it!!! Its amazing how much a more aggressive tire can make these truck look better.... IMHO these trucks should come stock with an AT tire.

I will post pics soon in my first official build thread.

    Thanks everyone for your help!

Quick question: my tire shop said they switched the tpms sensors over to my new wheels....but the light in on in the dash....do I need to reset the light? Or did they mess up the sensors?

I just purchased the same tires for my 08 DCSB. The air pressure light came on for me too. Read the owners manual on reseting the sensors. No problem since then. :D

    Thanks guys!

FYI I do have some slight rubbing with this setup on the mud flaps..gonna try to trim them...and if that does not work they are coming off.
