Problem

Today was throttle body spacer installation day well, as I was putting the maf sensor back on I stripped out both screws but its still on and the trucks matinece light isnt on, where can I find those screws at?

 

there so small? I didnt want to strip out the threads before I knew

 

Okay thanks, whats the worst that would happen if I just left it like it was its like 7/8's of the way in but not sealed shut

 

duct tape it for now

if the maf isnt reading the air flow correctly, the engine wont manage the fuel correctly, and you can experience under performance or your engine can just shut down

 

Will my maintence light come on if any of these problems start to happen
?

 

your check engine light will probably because improper air/fuel mixture and will set off your O2 sensors in your exhaust, AFAIK
