Turns out I was accidentally sent the wrong instructions for my vehicle, clipped one wire and cleared all the ugly CEL codes and it works again! Yay! But I don't feel any noticeable difference in performance, hoping to notice some fuel efficiency increase.

A day late but changed out the water pump at 74,000 miles on Monday. Went with the factory OEM Pump again and comparing to the old factory one it seems as though it is a little better made as per the casting and where the water drain is. The cap they used is a better design. But only time will tell if it is actualll made better as to how long it lasts.

I bought the whole setup for around 180. If you want to get the same stuff, the lightbar is from demello-offroad in riverside. Runs about 100. The lights are harbor freight I believe and the radio is from radioshack. Runs about 30 bucks. Comes with mount and mic. the antenna is a firestik and the mount is generic and it is pinched on to the bed tie downs. All and all if you wanted to buy it new, it will run into the high 200s or the low 300s.
