    Think this bbq question hit to the heart of things in the SE!

    The 26th Annual Sertoma BBQ Festival is taking place this Fri/Sat (May 20, 21) at Daniel Island. It's actually a state championship event and the winner(s) could get sponsorships. Entrants start cooking whole pigs Friday night, and then judging happens the following day w/ taste-tests in between.

    Sounds like it's up ya'll's alley. Anyone been before?
