    obviously not all americans wear touques like that but i saw lots that did and it was a hot day. even some sask hippies try to do this but it hasnt caught on thankfully.

    Hippies will wear anything on a hot day. They've got to wear their oversized touques to hold their dreads in. Lotsa hippies in Washington, especially northern WA.
