damn................if i was in 'bama....i'd do it man. 15 acres would be killer for me!

when I bought my house I was looking at everything here in Florida, couldn't afford them or didn't want them, then one day I got a call, 3 beds 2 bath and a 550sq foot garage. most garages here are less than 400, I dont hate the house I am in, but I love the garage. Plus it has oak trees, so it paid off for me to wait.

 

yeah.......we are definitely keeping our eyes open.........gotta have alotta trees, garage...acres, and house needs to be 3 bedroom. it'll come along hopefully. with the other property gone.....bright side is that we aint gotta drive that far(although i really,really wanted to)....its in the boonies!

 

That sucks man. I'm sure the next place you find will be backed up to that piece of woods that is holding that monster buck you have been hunting. I just wish that I could get out of the city and back into the boonies.

plenty of land up here in WV

 

and its like wayyyy out in the country.. that house that my mom sold,you know, it had like 35+ acres that came with it and 30 of those acres were wooded

yeah man....i know, but 10 acres..........hard to find for that great of a price, and that 3 car garage was killer.

i would buddy..............but i really hate hoa..............one of the many reasons i want outta here. if i moved there..........they'd kick us both out!!
