They have an e-z curl bar which I use to do preacher curls.

That also works for regular curls. You can stand and use it like you do at the squat rack. You could also suggest to the staff about getting a rack of pre set curl bars, that wouldnt take up too much space. If they are opposed to that idea, suggest a short barbell.

They actually do have a rack of pre set curl bars. So using the e-z curl instead of a straight bar wouldn't change the area of the bicep being worked?

Not really, its the location of where you put your hands. Narrow grip works the outside, wide grip more the inside. Don't forget your hammer curls either! You may know this but the function of the bicep is to turn the arm, that being the case when you do dumbbell curls start with your palms facing out and twist as you bring them up. Works quite well!

I listen to my shit pretty loud to keep me pumped and the energy flowing. Everything else I agree with...especially the grunting. I have a vid on my phone where u can hear this guy grunting all loud when doing a flat bench. SMH

    In my sig
The douchebag that throws 45lb plates on the ground after removing them from the bar. Then he picks them up and puts them on the rack. Wtf?? Why don't u just put them on the rack instead of being a drama queen and dropping them on the ground.

No, I eat pretty clean still. I have 1-2 cheat meals a week but a typical day:
M1-12-14 egg whites with 1/2 cup oats
M2-8oz chicken breast with 2 cups spinach
M3-8oz of some meat product with low carb (brown rice, sweet potatoes)
    M4- 2scoops protein with 1/2 cup oats
    M5(post workout) 3 scoops protein
M6(dinner) usually turkey burgers, or chicken, or beef, etc
