You can try Allegan State Game Area but be careful. Might want to check in at the DNR office there and see what they say. Its been a few years since I have been there.

No off road trails at Bass River. There are mountain bike and horse trails there only.

Ive ridden my quads at Silver Lake for years, just recently began to take the truck up instead. Once the season gets rolling its to crazy up there on a bike, seen to many people hurt.

We ride all over but thats because we pretty much only ride MX tracks anymore. Redbud is a few minutes down the road, and a few others about 30 t0 40 minutes away.

My brother and I hit Silver Lake in the fall usually once a year. We're about 2 hours south. In early October the weather is usually pretty decent and it's dead. This year we're thinking of hitting the Badlands Off Road Park in Indiana for a change in scenery. He has a WR450 and a YFZ450 and I have an XR650R.

I haven't been to Silver Lake in years. I think we will make a trip over there sometime this summer.

Have you been to Rocks & Valleys in Harrison yet? Its a great place with great people working it. I think one of my buddys is competing in an event there in the near-future (he has a 4Runner). I wouldn't mind going for a day (and maybe night, they let you camp there).
