    OME 886 Coils, Bilstein 5100's in Front, Tuff Country in Rear, Custom Racks with winch built in
    Yeah they are fine for that. Thats what most people use are just the stock coils. If you arent really offroading any then lifting them the whole 2.5" will be fine, offroading you will lose some of your flex and it will be rougher

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
    They'll work on the stock coils. You'll need to have the shocks set at 2.5" before install.

    so besides being adjustable, are these shocks alot better of a shock than the stock trd ones? or are they basically the same just adjustable?

    They are 10 X's the shock that the OEM Bilstiens are.

    good rule of thumb is:

    If you do anything to the suspension, get it aligned....

    oya and also is it a good idea to get a diff drop kit is i use the 5100's for a 2.5"lift or does that no apply to this kind of lift?

    they're not required. I didn't get UCAs until I had 20k miles on the lift... the only thing is that a shop won't be able to get the alignment just right.

    Not required, but recommended.

    I only say this because it's happened before...

    If you have a 4x4, yes get the diff drop.

    If you have a Prerunner, do not get the diff drop.

    if i were to use the 5100's just in the front to level out my truck would there be any point in the tc uca's or the diff drop kit or no becuase it is so small of a lift. and also alignment would still be necessary right?

    Still need an alignment, but the drop and UCA's shouldnt be required.

    285/75/16 MTZ's.... OME lift(885s)...4:88 gears.... Front and rear ARB.... Homemade skids
    You can adjust your front height up to 2.5 with the billys which is perfect for leveling the truck out. But if you want to lift the back as well and cheaply you will have to go AAL or blocks

    I think lifts are cool, but after 4wd'in country backroads the other night, i dont think i want any higher center of gravity.... i do have 5100s coming in though.... but really i was like 60-90 on a gravel roads, drifts pretty good and all.... i love the 4wd, i would never trust the speed with a prerunner setup.... my mother would kill me, call me irresponsible (maybe i am)

    now i want a rally car

    I myself have the extended warranty and I got a 3 inch lift. I was also worried that it would void my warranty but a lot of knowledgeable people told me I would be fine so I said F--- it, you only live once!!:eek: Now I couldn't be happier on doing it with the ride quality, looks and tons of compliments!!! Wife is a little more pissed then usual though.:rolleyes:
