Ill total up how much gas $ was and what kind of mpg i got in the morning but damn i do love my truck. Me and her have done this trip for St. Louis to Colorado Springs a few times but today was different. Crazy weather as usual. But when i almost hit a tumble weed the size of my truck is when me and her became closer. Sounds gay but im tiered as hell. Im in Colorado until August 6th then the same trip home with a trailer full of stuff. Whats the longest you have driven your truck in one day?

150 a day is still a drag for sure but doable. Expensive but doable.

It's easy money! Going to the sand dunes via Medano Pass. Fun trail, lots of water crossings and the trail turns to sand once you get close to the dunes.

So far, my longest trip in my Tacoma was about 440 miles from Dallas to Memphis. I had to make that trip at least 3 times over the past 2 years. This summer, I might be doing a trip from Dallas to Colorado Springs. That should be about 700+ each way.
