Hello I currently am running the toytec coilovers and they are set at around 3" because of my heavy bumper and the front of my 01 tacoma double cab was starting to sag. Well my cv axle boots have been tearing within a few thousand miles. Can I put spindles from a 5" lift to level out my axles or what can I do?

No. You may be too high. See if you are actually at 3" lift. Idealy, you should be about 2.5"

So I am at 2.75 is there anything I can do to make my axles a little straighter? I was looking at total caos and they have some tacos that have coil lifts and there truck is lifted around 3 1/2 inch but there angles is not that bad.

That's because their running modified tundra CVs. The only reason they can do that is because their extended LCAs push the hub out about 3.5"
