I don't know what you guy's think about this but to me it stinks
this place is like 10 minutes away from me.
A LEO previously fired from 5 different police forces guns down the ex-mayor of a small town and is sent home on "administrative" leave with pay WTF

if you are a trained LEO cant you resolve an altercation with an unarmed man with out shooting?
WTF happened to the tazer or a headlock or WTF ? ? ?

This. 99% of officers who are fired ONCE down here NEVER get another police job. I should go to South Carolina, talk about a great place to be a piece of shit and get paid for it!!!

    2 things-

    1) Here in Florida, they do background checks. And those checks include a Social Security work history. This means that they know where you worked. And they call all of your old jobs...

    2) Which highjackers applied for and received passports AFTER 9/11?- Pretty sure they all became 'martyrs' that day, no?

COTTAGEVILLE -- A town leader gunned down. Allegations of overly aggressive cops and meddling politicians. State investigators called in to get to the bottom of it all. That was Cottageville in the spring of 1989, an eerily similar scene to the one playing out in the tiny Colleton County community right now.
Back then it was Police Chief Jerry Shelton, shot to death at Town Hall while processing the drug arrests of a young couple he had caught speeding. A convicted felon when he became chief, Shelton once served a year in prison on charges of burglary and receiving stolen goods.
Shelton was shot by 17 year old Mary Lynne French. Her father was an assistant chief of police in Summerville. The victim was the chief of police in Cottageville. Mary was charged with her boyfriend, who was 19 at the time. Eventually, her boyfriend pleaded guilty to the murder and was sent to prison, while she pleaded to a minor gun possession charge. She's free and he got 30 years, where's justice when dads a cop and you get a high dollar lawyer.
    more on the 1989 case.
