No, no sliders yet. But got a quote on custom tube bumpers front and rear, but i'm on the fence about ordering them before my lift. But what the hell I might cause its such a good deal and I want custom stuff so no one has the same bumper as me.

very nice, i've liked all of teh custom cbi stuff i've seen. make sure you get a winch plate of some sort on the front bumper though, weather or not you want one now. if you get into wheeling enough, at some point you'll want a winch

    Trailer update :)

bent the piss out of the tongue on the trailers trial run, so i cut off the old one and built a whole new setup

new steel. thicker walled and boxed
    [IMG]

    some of the decent welds.....

front end all done (edit: not completely, you can see a couple spots that hadn't been welded yet)

welded to the frame. some optical illusion is going on in this picture, because the cross brace is not actually off like the picture makes it look

    taillight guards

i think there are a couple different ways to do it, which one are you looking at?

i believe there is an OEM install, that utilizes a toyota relay and maybe some other stuff. the simpler way (that i used), was to splice into the parking lights (small orange light on the outer edge of the headlight), and run that to the turn signal. the bulbs used in out turn signals are a dual filiment, meaning they have two power in slots, and one ground out in the factory plug. trucks that don't come with daytime running lights only have a power in and ground out, meaning that the second filiment is not being used, and there is an emply slot in the plug.

    steps i used:
    1) splice into the positive cable going to the parking light.
    2) remove little rubber piece plugging the blank spot in the turn signal.
    3) strip the other end of the wire that you just spliced into the parking light
    4) shove that end into the unplugged blank spot in the turn signal.
    5) when it's making good cantact and working (this means test it), silicone around the ner wire to both hold the wire in place, and keep the plug watertight.

the only difference in these two methods is that when you turn them on with this method, both the small parking lights and the dtrls are on, whereas with the oem way, only the dtrls are on.

i can take a picture later of the plug on mine if it makes it easier to visualize what i'm talking about.

i'll try to remember to take a picture when i get home from work.

this and HIDs aren't really "wiring" per se. like john said, when you order the kit, everything has plugs, most of which are set up so you physically can't plug incorrect wires to each other. all you have to do is connect a single red wire to the positive battery terminal (consists of loosening and retightening a single nut), and then ground each side (same thing as before, but it's 2 nuts/bolts). comes with a purdy diagram too :D

due to my own fault, i fried the relay on mine about 2 months ago. the kits are so cheap i just ordered a whole new set so i'd have some spare parts. including zip tieing the wires to keep them neat, it literally took me under 10 minutes to swap out bulbs, ballasts, relay, and +/- connections.
    you can doooooo eeeeeeeet!
