The cucumber trick is "spa" water.
Some options: cucumber and melon, mint leaves, strawberries (even frozen ones work), orange and grapefruit slices, or good ole lemon and lime slices. The mint one seems to go over well, def. give that a go.

I buy the the bottles of Aquafina flavored water. Grape happens to be my particular favorite.

 

Man up and drink room temperature water. It's better for you and as long as you're not drinking hard water it's a very refreshing mineral-type taste

 

Man up LOL, haven't heard that in a long time. Actually room temperature plain water is the best way to hydrate, regardless of taste. Iced or refrigerated water shocks the stomach. Everything else (tea, gatorade, etc) does provide some hydration but the body treats it differently than straight water. My personal experience, nothing is more refreshing, quenching and satisfying than straight cool water. Try it on a hot day after some exertion. It's better than any lemonade or sport drink. When we go on long dusty moto rides, my buddies load their camelbaks with gatorade and mine is just water. They are always thirsty when we return to camp while I'm doing pretty well. FWIW

 

X2. Drinking cool to room temperature water also prevents my system from "filling up". Yes, you pee more but that's healthy. Keep your liver in good shape. Drink tons of cold water? I start burping up water. FTL

 

Yeah I'm not a big fan of ice cold water, as long as it's not warm it tastes great imo

 

Fuck water. I drink coffee. My body as become so used to coffee and a lack of water it has become amazingly efficient at not becoming dehydrated.

 

i find Lime slices are much better than lemon slices in water

 

Take a quart bottle, stick a couple of black tea bags (or if you want, herbal tea).

 

Lmao I live above 6000 feet. But yeah I guess of your Not use to it you should keep very well hydrated. when I go visit others states and run I feel like a champ.

 

the only water I drink is seltzer water. Maybe the carbonation and flavors will help you out
