Diet that i thought up

    take your weight and add a 0.

    I weigh 210 so i should eat 2100 calories.

    50% of your calories from carbs
    25-30% protein
    15-20% fat.

    eat balances meals. In other words, dont go get a hamburger because its 500 calories, that 500 calories could be used for a quite large meal.

    What i suggested is how nutrition classes are taught, it's house a certified dietitian taught me and it's how both the text book as well as US gov't says you should eat.

    Nevermind any gimmicky shit.

    so the "your weight times 10" thing is the number of calories your body needs if your just sitting in bed doing nothing but being a vegetable if that makes sense so im 165 i need 1650 calories to sleep or be in a coma all day long

    muscle does burn fat. It also weighs more then fat, so its not uncommon to actually GAIN weight while on a good diet and exercise routine. The gained weight isnt fat, but muscle.

    so any suggestions of a good diet that ill actually lose weight on kinda quick i guess(more then 1 pound in 2 weeks) but that would work for a guy in college (barely any money LOL)

    Sugar intake is my biggest hindrance to weight loss. No soda and more water has been my biggest challenge.
