BF3 will overall be a MUCH better game than MW3, but I'll end up getting both. I have to see what happens with Captain Price and Soap!

im over cod, after they turned it into an arcade style game it just went downhill. The only good one is the original Modern warfare.

I am gonna get both on PS3 cause my Pc is way too out of date and i dont play games like i used to even though ill always be a PC guy. I have played BF1942 from day 1 and will always be a BF fan. I have also played COD from day 1 and will always love COD (as long as its not made by Treyarch :D )

They will both be good in their own ways but i think BF will be better IMO...

I'm not a huge multiplayer fan so unless BF3 has some decent single player action, I won't be getting it. I heard BF2 had something stupid like 5hrs of single player.

Are you shitting me? Anyone remember the good old games like Unreal and Quake 2 which would take you 15hrs or so to complete on medium? God forbid you tried it on Unreal or Nightmare difficulty.

Definitely Battlefield 3, I preordered it; DICE completely rebuilt the Frostbite engine to create Frostbite 2, and its looks simply stunning.

As for MW3, yes it is made by Infinity Ward but remember they got rid of 2 of the masterminds behind the other MW's, so it is going to be a different team producing the game. What does this mean? I'm going to wait for reviews to come out and decide whether or not it's worth my money.

Another new title being finalized is ArmA 3 which uses an entirely new version of the "real virtuality" engine.

MW3 will probably be the same graphics as MW2, but I love MW2. I have 2 video cards that are SLI'd and a 24" monitor and the game looks amazing on my machine. I even put it up on my 40" samsung and it looked great.

MW2 had an awesome single player story and I am expecting the same for MW3. Black ops was just a huge joke. Performance and graphics wasn't as good as MW2. Looked more cartoony IMO. They did however add some awesome gameplay modes like gun game which I hope IW will take note and incorporate into MW3.

I really can't wait for both. I think both will be huge successes.

Best part of the battlefield games is the c4. Strap that shit to a quad and drive it into an enemy tank and booom #winning

I also like running around and throwing the c4 at people and detonating it, it's extremely funny

Games are always amazing! I just dont compare them to BF or COD because ARMA is on a other level!

Isn't ARMA done by the same company that does Operation FlashPoint?

Now those are as real as they get.

One bullet, you're dead and you never even saw where the fucking thing came from.

Rondog - You can go anywhere, do anything. You can run, get into a helicopter and you have to pilot it correctly, pitch the nose down to go forward, pitch back to bring it to a stop etc. A single bullet will kill you. A shot to the leg will make your guy crawl, one to the arm, you can't shoot anymore. Realistic bullet trajectory and penetration.

It's just real war gaming. It's fucking hard and it's not fun to just jump into. You really got to play it, but when you do nothing else holds a candle. They all seem like arcade games by comparison.
