    Local remand centres are a little bit, while they are figuring out to let people go or send em to the actual prison. But i'm pretty sure the jails and stuff aren't. You can get a law suit through court in usually 2-3 months

    we also have correctional centres which are 2 years less a day jails, penitentaries and psych centres where the people will never get out.

    I'd say so, its cause they build em 4 stories up in some places, only 1 way in 1 way out, no windows to jump from. Scary places
