    i think they are changing that though which is good because there is a massive amount of viet drug dealers in regina and saskatoon now.

    from what I'm told it is over crowded. I know a guy (friend of a friend) that was driving drunk chasing his whoreish baby mama, ran a stop sign doing about 80-100km (limit is 50km in town), and T-boned a car. The person on the passenger side of the car he hit died at the scene and the driver of the car is a vegatable. He was supposed to go to jail about 4 months ago, but still hasn't gone to jail because apparently there's no room.

    i wonder that aswell. probably because they check out the regionals and see canada and they automatically think 'i'm gonna check this out eh'. also because most americans dont really have a sniff about what goes on up here they like to come an start shit.
