I have had problems with my Sciatic nerve for the past couple of years and I'm too stupid to stop doing and lifting things that aggravate it.

    I'm still level 15 :pout:

I don't have the patience for this anymore. I was awesome at GT4 when it came out, but GT5 is a letdown.

    That is teh ghey.

Can they do anything to fix it??

I haven't even tried B-spec...seems pointless. Although everyone says its an awesome way to rank up. I would just hate to start a long B-spec race, go away, and come back a few hours later to see my computer driver didn't win

I used to have lots of issues but as long as I work out occasionally my back is OK. I walk ALOT - usually 5 miles a night after work. That seems to help the most. And if you do sit for a long period of time get a little foot stool...I have a small box under my desk at work. If you can keep the angle of your torso and your thighs at less than 90* it keeps your back stretched out a bit. At least its helped me...

I don't miss the days of that shooting pain down my butt and into my leg...can't stand up straight...can't put my heel on the ground when I do try to walk so I end up one flat foot and one tip toe around for days....

ya in the beginning i just used one guy and leveled up and had to watch him, then i started using the FGT against cars like 350z, so I got my other 5 drivers and started leveling them up in those races

now all 6 of my drivers are level 28.

I was able to be pain free by stretching two to three times a day.
I was diagnosed with arthritis in two of my lower back vertebrae. The problem was brought to light when I started to train using a Stair Mill exercise machine. After a visit to a back doctor and an MRI I was referred to a physical therapist and he started me on the stretching program. I do not have the pains any longer and I could not sleep at night because of the pain intensity.
It only took two weeks of stretching for the pain to go away.
I will try to find links to the stretches and send them to you.
