I'm a little far out to help you out. I don't know anyone close enough that it would be worthwhile for them to help. If I think of someone, I'll pass it along to them.

I spoke to the seller, he's a 75 year old dude, who is imposible to understand. He gave my number to his son, and later i get a voicemail from the guy saying " hey mister, you called my dad about his wheels, and i think you're a scammer, please don't call him anymore".

    Fucking 6-speed!

    Maybe it's under warranty?

Ouch! Looks like it is time to stop by a shop. However, not a bad time to be searching junk yards around here.

Yeah... I'm right a lot. Even if whatever the noise is ISN'T your trans, I would seriously look into those PDM pilot shaft condom thingys.

    http://www.pdmtsk.com/products.html

I want to say they're like $250 or so.

However, if it IS the T/O bearing problem, the noise will go away when you step on the clutch.

Yeah, I figured. Like I said, if you ever get that issue, you'll know because it goes away as soon as you hit the clutch.
