No, some of the Texas outlaws are always daring the Mods to ban and un-ban, just a game they have with each other, loving one another.

How did you like SFA? I am considering going there, second choice but still considering it. I guess a better question would be what didn't you like about it?

Beautiful out there as far as land goes. It has grown quite a bit since I was there, no activity center w/lazy river back then. It has changed a lot, even the town itself has grown substantially.

    PROS:
-Hot Ass Women (this is true of almost any college in Texas)
-Just the right distance from Hou or Dal
-there is always something to do, at night, bars, parties, after parties, etc.
-Good school, small enough to walk to most classes, beautiful campus
    -close to Shreveport

    CONS:
-bars close at midnight, 1 on the weekends
    -Small town

It is a small town, but you can always find something going on, however if it were any bigger I may not have finished school, there would have been too much to get into.

Texas State is a really sweet school in a great location (nestled between Austin and San Antone) with tons of stuff to do: 6th Street, NIOSA in San Ant, The River in New Braunfels. For location, you can't beat Texas State, again, I may not have finished school had I gone there.

Speaking of the River, that would be the greatest meet, I'm sure there are plenty of trails and stuff in the Hill Country, camp out, then float the river the next day!

Anyone in AUS/SAT want to get this set up?

I don't know if I would like Stephenville, way to small, plus I'd like to have a job while im in college, don't think I'd be able to find one there.

As far as Tarleton goes; I honestly think you should go somewhere the town is built around the college and not the other way around. This will really add to your experience if it is a college town. Even if it is near a big city, as long as the college is what built that town and the town revolves around the town: Nacogdoches, San Marcos, Huntsville, Waco, Lubbock, College Station, even Austin to some extent.

Somewhere like TCU you would lose the experience, much like their football, in Fort Worth no one gave 2-shits (unless you went there or a family member did, but even then) until they go undefeated, even then they didn't get tons of support. Where somewhere like Huntsville or Nac, when you make the NCAA tournament as the 60th seed, the entire town is painted in school colors, not just the student body.

I've got alot of friends at SFA, and they love it. I loved visiting them cause that was my easy way into frat or sorority parties and DAMN there are some gorgeous women out there. Plus my buddy has a place outside city limits that was back in the woods so we can go shooting and 4wheeling whenever we want.
