oh man for canada thats fucking mint. I was looking at the same thing TRD but short box and more kms for 29 000 and thought it was an amazing deal
That has all the options I would want other then rims, but you can grab a set of 17" sport ones here for nothing (I paid $150 and free shipping because UPS messed up)
Hope you have good luck with it if you buy it!

I'm struggling with the idea of buying used before I see it....that's why I'm only considering very late, low mileage models...to hopefully reduce the risk. That said, the savings are there for me vs buying locally....

What I'm still trying to figure out is why it says Canada in your location but your avatar is a Bruins icon. That part really confuses me.

    Go 'Nucks!

Oh, and on another note, I read the details on that truck ad, did you see the part about the 7 year / 100k mi. warranty? would that be valid in Canada? If so I say thats a bang up deal. You should definitely check into it. Good luck with your truck search.

    1. Geographically, I'm closer to Boston than Vancouver......
    2. I'm a life-time Bruins fan (my son was born the same year Cam Neely retired....and yes, his name is.....Cameron).
    3. Mike Gillis induces nausea whenever seen and/or heard.
    4. a) Sedins - Sweden; Kessler - American (although he does play like a Cdn other than the suke factor)
    b) Lucic - not only Cdn but from BC.
    c) Ryder is from the Rock.

Tell me - who were you rooting for in the Boston/Montreal series?

    Game on!

    1. My guess was that you lived either in NB or NS, somewhere close to the north eastern US and that's why you were a Beantown fan. Makes sense.
    2. Much respect for Cam Neely, but still, in my mind, that's like being a big Red Wings fan because of Stevie Y.
    3. Agreed.
    4. a: Sedins are impressive to watch you have to admit, but again, like Datsyuk / Zetterberg, not a reason to cheer for any particular team.
b: Lucic: maybe a BC boy, but I can't stand him none the less, and the last part of this post will explain why.
c: Ryder is from the rock, and so am I. Love the guy, loved him 10x more as a Hab. which brings me to my last point:

I bleed bleu/blanc et rouge. Been a Habs fan from conception, not just birth. It's in my blood. Hence, in the B's Hab's series I was living and dying with the Habbies on every play, every shot, every goal [for and against].

Why, you might ask, am I cheering for the Canucks? two reason's.
    1. Canadian team that's not Toronto. Love to see a cup win back here again. More importantly;
    2. Have always had some love for the Canucks since I was a youngin'. I'd rather see my Habs win #25 any day, but now that they're gone, I would be pretty happy for the team / fans in Vancouver if they could finally pull it off.

Oh, yeah, and I cannot stand seeing the B's succeed. Habs fan. You know.

I'm also from the Rock. Makes sense that you're a habs fan. You're supposed to hate Boston - like I hate the habs. If the habs had made it through, I'd be a major Canucks fan about now. FWIW, I picked the Canucks to get this far and as a result I can finish no worse than 2nd in my play-off pool. God bless 'em.

So it's in your blood? Sounds like a disease. :)

I just test drove a 2009 MGM DC Sport LB 4x4 at the local dealer. 45,000 kms. Has a tonneau cover. Great truck.

The down side? $32,000 plus tax.

Well, now that we got that out of the way, any updates on that truck you wanna buy? You live on the island? Cause that's gonna be a long haul to buy a truck. Either way, hope it works out for you financially because I am in northern Alberta now, and lord knows I paid out the nose for my truck vs. the us cost.

    The Plan:

    1. Buy truck (NE states - Maine, Mass, NH, or close). Have dealer fwd necessary paperwork to border.
    2. Fly in (on points); take possession and head straight for border.
    3. Hotel for one night on this side.
    4. Head to ferry; and then onward home.

Tax on airfare, gas, meals, hotel, ferry, etc estimate about $1000 give or take. Basically a road trip. Might pick up a trailer/motorcycle for someone which will help pay for trip as well. 3-4 days. Small price ($$$ and time) to realize significant savings. I really do wanna buy it here but I just can't justify it based on the prices I've seen to date. Not to mention that I'm more inclined towards the SB.

The $32,000 Sport I drove was in Canada. I'm not buying it when I can get what I want in Boston, Manchester, etc....for much less and later model to boot. So yes, I would buy in Boston or NE USA area.

I was also thinking that Bobby, Cam, Ray, Tim, Nathan, Milan, Zdena and Tim would all come down and autograph the hood.
