Hey fellas, My dad just gave me his old work truck. It's a 4x2 RC auto with 106k miles. Everything is pretty clean about this truck, I want to make this my new daily driver. Would it be possible to easily lift? I want to make it look like a prerunner? My last truck was a 08 Tundra that was lifted but I sold it about 3 months go and bought an 2011 RAM R/T. Any info about lifts would be great, Thanks! Here's a pic of my old truck and present, I'll post a pick of the Taco tomorrow. Thanks!!!

NICE! Welcome to the forum. As far as a lift goes it all depends on your budget?. Any idea of what that would be around?

Thanks, I dont want to throw alot of money into this truck. It's just gonna be my DD so maybe 1 or 2 grand? I'm looking at 3 inch lifts on ebay for 200, Would I be able to run 33's with that kind of lift? I want to keep the stock rims and just rattle can them black, because the stock rims are so narrow would it be even possible to run big tires? Yes I know it's pretty lame to lift a 4x2 but hey it's free and I would love the way it looks. Thanks!

You need spacers to run 33s

Sounds like the lift your looking at on ebay is a spacer lift? If so, I don't think many here would have good things to say about them.

Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
For a daily driver, a spacer lift is fine. I don't know if a 3 inch lift on a 5 lug is enough to fit 33s though...

What type of MPG's can I expect? I'm used to 12 MPG highway so I'm looking forward to driving a 4 banger. Thanks!

Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
Is your truck a 2wd 5-lug or a 2wd 6-lug prerunner? The lift choices are going to be dependent on that.
