Beefed Taco's CB Drop Bracket.....

I just Installed one. I got the 1.5" Drop one for my 2" rear Lift. It was pretty easy to Install. I only Had one issue. And it was one of the Bolts wouldnt go in, So I had to Tap it out. And Finally got it in..... But now my drive shaft is staight and my vibe/shudders are mostly gone..

I still have a slight vibe at about 45-50. But I think it could be the Tran. Mounts...
I wonder if theres something I can do to fix it? Anyone have any issues with the Tranny mounts?

rear shims if you don't have them. I have both the carrier bearing drop and the shims without any vibes.

I will try to get some pics up today sometime...

But I think my shudder at 45 is mostly the tires. I think one may be out of balance or round or something. They are a old tires....

i have both but im not using a 1 1/2 inch drop on the CB. mine is only 1/2 inch i think

I have tryed everything and I still had the vibe...
This CB Drop worked perfectly to get rid of it....

ahh ok. i Have the 1.5 on my 6 inch lift i am not really sure if it helps.

 

Do you still have vibes?
Bc I know he reccomends the bigger one ( I believe its 3") for a 6" lift....
