I just switched out my 885's with top plate spacer with 886's with no spacer. I measured before and after and I gained just about an inch more lift with the 886's. I also have the AP bumper, skid and winch though.

3" OME lift, 885 coils, Dakar rears, diff drop
If you're adding 100+ lbs to the front end with the ARB bumper and maybe another 75lbs later for a winch - go with the 886 coils and OME nitrocharger shocks - they are designed to work well together. They will also hold up to the weight of the bumper & winch over time. Thats not to say you couldn't use another combination, just that results with the OME stuff is more predictable when used together. Since you already have the TSB & AAL in the rear, I would also put the OME shocks backs there so as to even out the ride front to rear.
I just installed the complete OME 3" kit with spacers - I didn't measure, but I'll bet I got 3" out of it and the ride is firm but very pleasant on the road which is exactly what I wanted. I don't care how it "rides" off road - as long as it holds up to my needs - which I'm certain it will. IMHO the 3" lift is a good mix of appearance and function - if you are of really short stature you may want a little less, but 3" is pretty much a "plug & play" lift.

I did not need UCAs in my case, so IIWY I wouldn't automatically get them unless you're changing rim & tires. Likewise, with the stock TRD wheels & tires no mud flap trimming was required.

Here's a pic of mine for reference. Sorry to those sick of seeing pics of my truck - I'm just posting here for the OP's reference. Don't worry about the "tires looking small" - tires will eventually wear out and need changing.

Just sold me! (if I dont get these 885s for the good price im going to go ahead and get the 886s)

Reps, also I see they can put the coils and shocks together for 200 is that worth it? Seems kind of expensive.....

Not worth it unless you don't want to deal with going to the shop and having them swap it all.

I got mine done for about 60 both times. One shop charged 70 for my friends, another 80.

Is it worth it to you? It will save you several hours but 120-140$ extra.

They do include the stock top plates and everything so it's a direct swap. Then you have an extra complete assembly.

    here are some more pictures

I got the whole lift system installed for $200. That's the whole kit & kaboodle - front & rear, out of the box, on the truck & out the door. DO NOT let somebody charge you $200 to assemble the shocks & coils alone. You should be able to take them to a brake shop and do this for $10 apiece.

    10 no. 30 maybe.

I've done this about 4 times now. 60-80 every time, 4 different shops.

They are including factory pieces so that they come assembled.

It may not be worth it to some but could be to others.

When people talk about the angle of the cvs they refer to whether or not the fins of the rubber boots are rubbing on each other. Over many many thousands of miles the fins can wear through each other. Obviously this lets the grease out and then you need to replace the boots.

On mine, the upper boot fins rub each other slightly.

I'd tend to agree. 855s or 886s you're probably going to want UCAs. It's not a necessity and I road around with stock ucas with the setup above for 6 months until I got 33s and then it felt weird so I went ahead and got the LRs.

I wont be able to get those right now but in the future I will make sure I will.

Im going to end up getting my bumper then waiting (why my bumper stares at me in the garage ugh) about a month or two then getting my OEM, then depending on how much the UCA is, depends on if I wait to get it or do it then buy it later.

What will the UCA do besides fix alignment? Or is that it? What i my alignment is ok?

I agree that if you think you'll eventually get wheels & tires - get the UCAs now since you'll only have to R&R the suspension once. In my particular case I'm content with the stock wheel & tire setup (especially since I just bought new tires right before the lift) & my alignment was good. New UCAs can obviously be used with stock wheels & tires until you're ready to change.
