    It was a little tough today, I cooked a nice chunk of cow on the rotisserie, but I managed to not eat too much of it. My son and daughter wanted to go for ice cream after we ate, but I stayed home.

    Every summer growing up we camped almost from the day school was out to the day school was back in. Lots of good times in the hills for me :cool:

    I went camping twice in my time in AK...once it rained the entire time, the other time a bear walked through camp while we were fishing...I slept in the plane that night :eek::eek:

    Gelato! :drool: but that's actually more fattening...sorry!

    I believe the bear could have been the size of a hippo...there was a swath of grass about 3' feet wide that was laid down where the bear walked through. and the bear was kind enough to mark his/her territory by taking a dump right in the middle of camp...it was BIG!

    EDIT- and since when do you have hippos in Canada?!?!?!
