Hoping someone knows how to fix this because it is extremely irritating and I still have 10 pages to go...

When I press my tab key in a microsoft word 2007 doc. for a new paragraph, the cursor that blinks where your text will begin goes all the way to the center of the document.

Any way to fix this? I have no idea what I did.

Try hitting Shift+tab and see if it moves it back over to the correct position. Also, if you're in like a double-space format or something you might have accidentally formatted the indentation wrong, I think it's under "paragraph..." but I can't remember which menu. It's been awhile.

lol I am normally good with this stuff but this has me . I was off tw! I got on here for help! :p
Thanks I will try that. I am in double space format also.

edit. nope... didn't work. I have my spacing under paragraph as 0 pt before and 10pt after. Indentations are both at 0"

sounds like you moved one of the "tab-stops." check up in the horizontal ruler above the page and you should see a little black arrow in the middle of the page. click and drag this back to where you want the paragraph tab to start (typically .5" indented from your margin).

    hope this helps!
