    Thanks for the offer man... but I honestly don't see myself grinding down the powdercoat, getting the tabs welded, then re-powder coated. Thanks though!

    thin cut off wheel on air grinder. I cut right on edge of weld then cleaned up edge just in case i decided i wanted them welded back on.
