lol.. What up fellow Josh's! Outkast, im off Elliot and Priest. by the walmart. Like i said im not 100% sure yet.. id like to roll out there but shes still all shiny and white. after my 06 Taco getting all beat up (you would think people could see the bright Speedway blue and NOT back into it) im definitely being more careful with this one. dont get me wrong, im all in for wheeling, i did tons in my 06, but its lookin nice right now. lol while im on here.. i have a question for you guys. I have the JBL system in my 09 and it BLOWS. any you local guys have issues IF you have the JBL? ive been reading threads about it and im clearly not the only one with problems. I was just wondering if you guys went to a certain dealer around here or anything. I went to Audio Express off Chandler and got a quote. it was gonna about 1200 for the new box, amp, two 10's and a Head unit. should i try and go through the dealer and deal with the hassle or just take it all out and replace it and be done with it. i have a 7 year extended warranty and it covers the audio components. any suggestions are welcome. Oh and the meet after out in scottsdale i will definitely be at to meet some of you guys. Later

Well I wouldn't go to audio express! Call pro audio, ask for a quote and if its still too high, I can help install and I won't charge you. :) just buy the supplies.

outkast: I lived off Ray and 48th for a while. but moved over here to the Metropointe like 4 months ago.

McJosh: I went to audio express for my 06 Taco, they actually did a really good job. had an amp, sub, and HU installed. this JBL syetem has to go though. ASAP. whether it be replaced at the dealer, upgraded to a new amp and or sub in the existing enclosure or a whole new system. still not sure yet. im going to Power Toyota tomorrow to see what they can do and what my options are. also to get my brakes looked at and my passenger seat belt is locked up. only a couple issues with new Taco, but still lovin it. much improved over my 06.

Good shit. OP updated. On another note I invited my old man to come along with me so he can see why I've invest so much into the truck. Not 15min of being home I'm telling him to stfu because all he does is worry. Guess he'll never understand the sport.

So the wedding I have to go to on the 11th is at 8pm so I should have no problem making this run. Put me on the confirmed list!

I'll meet up at the Greenfield location because I already live out in Gilbert.

I'm sure they do a good job but they're so expensive. What do you want to do with your JBL system? Is it broken? Just not what you want?

Hi Josh i also have the Speedway blue Taco now. also hav the lame JBL system in mine. im lookin to change mine out also. Have a few friends at Audio Express. got a full quote for a serious system but more around $2200. Full head unit, new Alpine slim woofer and some components to swap out the existing garbage thats in there now. Its funny that you say someone back into you Blue Taco, some stupid lady backed into mine on XMAS eve. didnt speak a word of english(middle eastern). just made things more frustrating. from the sounds of the trial doesnt seem to harsh. But then again ive never traveled it yet. I popped my Taco's cherry on the back way to Crown King. now THAT was fun. tires did some tucking and rubbing but all in all, had alot of fun.
