The wife and I were on our way back from celebrating a birthday when a 19yo girl ran a stop light just in time for me to tap her back bumper T style and spin her around. everyone was ok, about ripped her Cherokees bumper off and gouged mine pretty bad. Also broke the mounts to the head light and grill, they're all floppy now.

Hopefully I can get it all buttoned up in the next ten days, taken the Taco and new pop up(new to me) up north with the family.

I thought about taking the money for all the stuff, putting the new light and grill in myself and buying a plate bumper. But it'd look pretty weird on a stock height truck and I'm too broke to buy a lift right now.

as for the girls cuteness. I'm nearly 30, she was 19....only a creeper would comment on that...

    she had HUGE CANS!

The funny thing was after we dropped off our party tag alongs I told the wife..."hey, wanna Christen the Taco officially from the back seat?"(I got a chuckle and a no). Then after the collision happened I told the wife if she woulda taken the 45seconds in stride we woulda missed the girl completely. Then I mentioned to the wife that she (the chicky) ruined my chances of even getting any when we got home and atleast owed me a Handy as the small town cop shuffled his way around the station at near Reverse speeds and it took over an hour to draw a sketch of the intersection with our cars and to copy our information down.

$1300 damage is the estimate from the body shop.

So not the kind of tapping any of us want to see. :)

But then again when I first started reading your post, and say the first 2 words ... "the wife" ... I immediately started thinking "that fucker cheated!". So I was kind of relieved to read the whole thing and see that you're still an upstanding moral guy. :D
