    Ok,

I am going to feel like an asshole but here we go. Can we possibly postponed this trip till December?

    Couple reason:
I am going out of the country for close to 2 weeks prior to this trip, I need to set aside some time in order to get my truck working and all up to date with its services and not be rushed with doing those things, and lastly the house hunt as gotten extremely serious now and cash and time is going to be EXTREMELY hard on me for a little bit due to down payments and all that other jazz.

It is Arizona and the trail is close to the border in the middle of the desert, its gonna be one hot SOB! Lets plan this for a weekend in December, get some more info on the trail and make it extremely enjoyable for everyone instead of having people wake up and have us leaving before the sun rises and be rushed throughout the trail having people get stuck, makes driving mistakes, getting stuck, ect.

I do really really want to do this trail! trail looks fun as hell and it just looks like an awesome time....just not right now.

If the group still wants to go, someone please take the lead and get this going for the rest of the group!

    Sorry guys :pout:

Just a bunch of old crap
Just remember... December means that there's lots more Mexicans on the move across the border because of the better weather. Might increase the chances of running across some of them, or having more interactions with border patrol stopping and checking us. But I'd rather deal with that than be stuck out there in the middle of nowhere when it's 118 degrees out.

This works in my favor, there's still so much that I have to do for my truck and I hate being in a time crunch.. id rather my truck be as close to perfect and not forget anything which would have a higher possibility if we went in july. That is if I even finish my truck by then.. but I am still down to go on this trail granted my truck is good to go

Looks interesting and the chance to run into some immigrants would be cool. I like helping out the local law enforcement officials. I have lots of zip-ties! Start a new thread Eric.
