Hello all, just ordered the full 3" suspension lift by OME from toytec. I am going to be buying rims and tires tonite, I am looking at an 18" moto metal rim, and a 285/60r18 Tire. Will this create any problems, is this to big of a setup? Thanks all.

No problems with that size. With 4.5" backspacing and a little trimming, you could fit 285/65/18 if you like.

That sounds tempting, i'll have to look into tires of that size. Thanks, very new to this kind of stuff..

Right now I don't have the lift put on. It is getting here monday. I am running stock 16's with 245 little donut tires.. They suck. That's why I am lifting this. I really want an 18" rim, but the tire size is making it hard for me to decide if it will be to large at 285/60..

There are people on here that run 285/60/18 on stock suspension. It's only a 32" tire

No I am not. My buddy owns a small off road truck shop, and told me he could easily lift my truck for me for a small fee.. I plan on him doing everything for me, I know nothing about vehicles, I just hate how mine rides/looks ATM..

Can't see it with my kit.. This is what I got Plus the blocks in the front to make it full 3", and rear bearing drop kit.

    Huh?

That's coils and thin top plate spacers for the front, add a leaf for the rear.

You doing an AAL as your rear option then , not replacing the leaf pack ?

Not an ebay person, but to give you the best idea of what I am getting, here is the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Moto...ptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories.

They are older rims but people still have them, the 958 chrome rims, 18x9. 6X5.5, they are really nice rims. I wanted to get some cooper zeon ltz 285/60r18, they are on sale at my local tire shop.
