    yea me and him went with my cousin to our bottom tank at the ranch. Beau caught 2 bass on his first two casts!!!:eek: then he started catching alot of tree bass while my cousin caught like 10. I casted out and my handle on the reel decided to follow my lure into the water:eek:......

    no just the handle on it lol luckily it was a $20 walmart reel so this gives me a reason to actually go and get a legit rod/reel setup at academy:rolleyes:

    That sucks about the reel handle. My fishing was pretty good except it was windy as fawk. We were getting spray in the jon boat from the white caps. Still caught a few including a 5lb bass on a top water.

    yea it was windy as hell out at my place too. not to mention all the water is going down cause of how dry it is :(

    Where you headed to? I haven't purposely fished for catfish in a while. Ust to go all the time growing up. Chicken livers work awesome.

    I built a rod rack for my bed out of a board and PVC pipe. Keeps the rods out of the way of my dogs when they are back there (which is every time I go fishing).
