Yea DMZ makes top notch stuff, if ground clearance wasn't so important for where I go/wheel, I'd def look into a SUA!

Just want to optmize the travel #'s for a SOA setup, what would you guys think would be the best way to do this if $$$ wasn't a problem (without linking tho)

As for an update on my truck. Nothing really. its been pretty much just sitting. Haven't wanted to work on it in a long time. got burnt out on trucks for a while. But within a few weeks I'm rebuilding the TC kit. New Bushings, Heims, and maybe uni-balls if they have a lot of play. Also I'm going to be finishing up welding my alignment holders to the frame and weld a crack I found the other day. The clutch and flywheel is getting replaced with a stronger one and I'm getting a set of 8" bypasses for the front. Also revalving my c/os so they will preform better

The only ones that I know that they make those for is the Raptors on a normal basis. Its one of their product lines. They can make you some but its going to cost you. Labor is about $80 - $90 an hour plus materials. (Normal rates for custom fab there) But it doesn't hurt to ask. They may have started a set for tacos in the past.

what do you guys use to paint your bare metal parts? I've used rustoleum hammered and rustoleum truck bed liner...both have worked pretty well in preventing rust so far

Yup thats how I was. It wasn't just money but time too. to make it worse I'd do stuff and never have time to take it out to the dirt. So thats why i started with the bicycles. Cheap, fun to ride, and way fasters to build something cool.

Yeah, The 5/1600 bug is now sponsored by ICON. So they are sending some Zetas or some Omegas (Idk what she ordered) so we are taking off the king triples from all four corners. The front of the bug uses 8" shocks so it works perfect. I asked if I can buy the ones on there when the icons come in. I'm hoping to get them for a good price. :)

Yeah that thing is sweet. I want it to be done so i can have a ride in it before they give it to the owner in Vegas. lol The amount of time that goes into that thing is nuts. Same goes for the LT kit they are building for the Raptors on Ryan's truck.

Yeah its a cool place. Its A LOT bigger then the few shops in Socal I have been to. But I think thats because office space is more there. They are always building something cool. Race trucks, (short course) Armored trucks, Tons of Raptors, then just normal lifts and such. Its a real laid back place. They are always joking around and shit.

Prime example. The Ride the Lightning thing. You shock yourself in the back of the leg with a stun gun.
