oh yea, forgot about them. dont you have some i.d.'s to check or a red line on a flight line to gaurd somewhere? :p

^^^^ haha thats funny....b/c its true! i have a bunch of cop friends...but man come one, it must suck to stand there 12hrs a day looking at ids/line badges.

We have a service member right now that has failed to pass the m16 training twice and is scheduled to re-re-fire for a third time so they can deploy...i dont know about yall but I would not want someone in my unit that could not shoot a piece of paper at 25 yards [/QUOTE]

thats just scary. ive been deployed with some real re-tards, but come one, its not hard to hit a friggin target @ 25 yrds

lol sorry but I have to share this too.

We just had two different medical people come in and try and sign out chem training gear...so we look them up in our system and they already have some issued, we tell them this, then they proceed to say " so i am suppose to use training gear for training?"

    I love my job...haha

Nobody here. Never in service; my Dad was in North Atlantic in WWII.

I personally want to thank you all for your sacrifice and dedication and keeping us all safe. Your efforts DO NOT go unnoticed.

I bet (hope) the AF has something up it's sleeve that will make the world proud![IMG]

yearly TQT in MOPP4, then periodic CBRNE hands on training like 12-18 months or something.

yea CBRNE is a joke. i really doubt that stuff would save anyone in an attack.

remember in basic when you had to go in the gas chamber? the back of your neck would start burning. imagine if it was actually a dangerous chemical and not just a choking agent?!

typical for training gear. the filters on the masks are only good for so long too. If you ever see someone post pics of their "zombie gear" or whatever and the filters are already on the mask then they are dumb...they have to be stored in a hermetically sealed bag or a barrier bag.

everything "inside" the red line is a controlled area, outside the red line is not. on all the flight lines ive been on there are certain spots where you can enter the red line/controlled area. idk what makes a difference if I cross it 10 feet to the left or not :notsure: but its like a pretend fence:rolleyes: haha

This is funny as hell. I had to send it to my wife, my dad and my dad's Army buddy.

Me: AD Navy, deployed w/ Army unit.
Wife: AD Air Force, at a Navy unit
    Dad: Ret. USAR,
Buddy: Ret USAR, 2-time Nam vet

They all thought funny as hell.

Yes, we ARE one big happy family. Sibling rivalry is OK - like people say, we're all on the same team.
